| Sinex primemovers offers has announced the launch of a new range of unbalance weight motor vibrators with unmatched features. This range is the outcome of indigenous development efforts and continuous improvements motor vibrators which . This range is also an excellent product design for mass manufacture at minimal cost thereby making it most economical for that class of quality. For fullest and most efficient conversion of electrical input in to vibration energy, tthe motor vibrators are designed. Various constructional features of these vibrators include; largest permissible alloy steel shafts are used for strength and minimum deflection, run on bearings of appropriate type, for long life and maintenance free working, bearings housings have large grease wells for long periods between re-lubrication. Positive replenishment, while expelling used grease are allowed by an innovative arrangement, to be carried out easily in situ without machine dismantling and down time.Integrally cast terminal box and resin bonded terminal post eliminate accidental grounding very common in low quality vibrators. Special ``v` seals on shaft extensions provide protection over and above that of covers to make these vibrators suitable for high dust environs. Though foot mounted models are standard flange, wedge, oscillating base options too can be supplied.415v, 50 hz supply is standard but vibrations to suit 42 to 650 v and up to 200 hz can also be supplied. Though ip56 enclosure is standard, ip65 construction is also available.Insulation is minimum class f for life and reliability.S
