• Add to Inquiry Basket | Emmppe associates provides environment friendly air-cooled chillers [efc series]. This air-cooled chillers are used for a wide range of applications. Though these chillers are equipped with electronic temperature indicator-cum-controllers for exact temperature control. These chillers comes either centrifugal pumps with tanks or with gear pumps, depending on the applications [water, oil & coolant]. The uncontrolled rise in temperature of process die-cooling water or hydraulic lubricating oils, coolant oils and other liquids result in reduced efficiency and sometimes leading to inaccuracies of sensitive components, like spindles, bearings, valves, etc, due to thermal variations. The air-cooled chillers are developed to maintain temperature within the set values. Some of the applications includes: in hydraulic power pack oil cooling, cooling of moulds in areas of plastic production, laboratory, cooling of edm machine coolant, die-cast machine oil cooling, cooling of counting machine, process technology, plant in chemical industry,etc. In these areas the compact chillers improve productivity and keep quality process in control. They are free stand units packed with standard features. |
