Faridabad based light lift industries offers electric wire rope hoists suitable for medium/heavy duty operations designed in accordance to is: 3938. The company manufactures this electric wire rope hoists in modular construction with each component easily accessible for maintenance. The company can also attend to rope drum, gearbox, motor, brake and panel. The electric wire rope hoists are available with a sturdy designed frame fabricated from steel plates and welded/bolted type and with alloy steel made gears.
Features:
Rope drum: machine grooved steel fabricated/seamless pipe drum conforming to is: 3938 and to accommodate whole length of wire rope in one layer.
Wire rope: 6 x 37 construction steel/fibre core wire rope as per is: 2266 with minimum factor of safety of 6.
Gearbox: complete gear train for hoisting motion in an enclosed casing provided with oil bath lubrication.
Lifting hook: forged steel shank type hook with thrust bearing for swivel is incorporated.
Trolley: runner wheel can be factory adjusted for various sizes i-beams, trolley, motor driven, hand chain driven or pull push type as per requirements.
Motor: squirrel cage motors with 40 % cdf rating in class b insulation as per is-325-1970 manufactured by ngef/bharat bijlee/gec/crompton/ own make.
Hoist brake: the hoist motor fitted with an electromagnetic brake of shoe/disc type and brake is selected for 150 % of load torque to ensure safe holding of load.
Limit switch: snap action type limit switches to avoid over hoisting and over lowering.
Control: the hoist is controlled from ground level by pendent type push buttons operating on 110 volts low voltage to ensure operator safety; enclosed type control panel easily removable cover complete with transformer contactors and fuses.
