It introduces model si-6 dmu, advanced, geared pillar type drilling cum milling, available from reedeep technik. It can be used for drilling milling tapping, lapping screwing and counter boring operations. Its drilling capacity is about 40 mm, face mill capacity 100 mm, tapping capacity 22 mm in cast iron and in 35 mm in mild steel drilling. Its features are quick spacer is made of mild steel and the main spindle is made of en steel with 6 slots; the machine has attained the standards of is: 2425; it has dual features - drilling as well as milling and cutter up to 100mm dia; can be applied for surfacing, besides an end mill cutter can be applied for better and accurate square and parallel cutting. These machines are easy to install and operate requiring no skilled labour. It has sturdy built up and is designed for both production and tool toom job, and is used for screwing in cast iron, steel, plastics and other materials.
