This bvs vision sensor is rugged in construction and comes in a size of a pack of cigarettes combining a variety of functions in one housing that used to require the combined interaction of individual, highly specialised sensors. This vision sensor is an ideal choice as an economical solution for applications when different details need to be automatically detected at the same time as part of 100% quality inspection at the end of a production chain. The sensor can suitably handle jobs like monitoring tasks in assembly applications, label checking for print quality and orientation, complete checks of packaging, etc. This bvs vision sensor comes with easy functioning just as any normal photoelectric diffuse or through-beam sensor. This sensor is available with the compact dimension that helps it to be easily fitted into any application. The vision sensor is equipped with 640 x 480 pixels black-and-white cmos sensing element employed for detecting predefined features regardless of orientation over the entire capture range. This bvs vision sensor is useful for simultaneous seven inspection operations including counting edges, checking brightness, comparing contrasts, inspecting contours, recognising patterns and finding positions. Some of the salient features of the vision sensors include up to 15 hz detection rate; multi-talented sensor; ip65 housing with three freely programmable pnp or npn outputs and two different object versions. |
