These granule filling machines are available in both mechanical and electronic versions. This granule filling machine is a nett weigh filler, in which a pre-determined weight of the product is automatically weighed and then deposited into the empty containers/pouches. Granule filling machineit is suitable for filling all types of granular materials such as seeds, cereals, grains, granulated pesticides, tea, cashew nuts, plastic granules, extruded food-products, supari, etc. Being a net weigh filler, granule filling machineit can fill into any type of pouch or rigid container, as it is a net weigh filler. The different models of the filling machine can cover a filling range from 2 gm to 5 kg. For most products a filling speed of 10/15 fill per minute is guaranteed. The duplex models have two machines coupled together and therefore the filling speed doubles. The product from the hopper is drawn out by 2 electrical vibratory feeders and then the product is fed into the weigh-pan suspended from a sensitive weigh beam. Both the coarse and dribble feeders, feed the product fast until about 80% is filled at which point the coarse feeder stops is fed by the coarse and dribble feeders. The rest of the product is fed as a dribble for greater accuracy until the final cut-off. All contact parts of the granule filling machine are composed of made of ss 304 and the machine body duly paint-ed. The machine is approved by the weights and measures authority.
