| Eurotech cylinders offers a complete range of industrial and cng cylinders approved by the chief controller of explosives india, cng compressors, cng dispensers, cng cascades and jumbo tube cylinders for high-pressure gas transportation. Compressors are the heart of every cng refuelling station. The compressor package has high quality compressors, meeting or exceeding all packager standards. Each compressor package is custom designed by cng engineering team, with special attention to such factors as conservative compression ratios and gas speeds to extend valve and piston ring life, oversized heat exchangers under worst-case operating conditions, and minimum pressure drops across piping and components. Features: full inter stage and final stage cooling by gas-to-air heat exchangers, eliminating problem associated with water-cooling such as scaling and corrosion; automatic unloader system with blow down recovery tank for unloaded system with blow down recovery tank for unloaded compressor starts, stops and condensate collection; full inter stage separators and multiple discharge coalescing filters to ensure complete and particulate removed from gas stream; structural steel base/enclosure designs with strategically placed access doors and removable walls to facilitate servicing of major equipment; and innovative code-compliant electrical designs, minimising electrical field interconnection and permitting full functional factory testing. Specifications: compressor capacity from 100 to 3,000+scfm] 160 to 5,000+nm³/hr]; suction pressure ranges from 30 to 500+psig [2 to 30+bar g]; discharge pressure to 4,500 psig [300 bar g]; electric motor or natural gas engine drivers.
