The dough band passes through two shuttles. The dough sheet is 39 inches in length, and is laid down on the bottom shuttle by the top shuttle. The speed of the conveyor units of the laminator machine controls the shuttle layers. The layers of the Laminator are controlled by the AC variable frequency drive.
