• Add to Inquiry Basket | A r enterprises manufactures dough moulder. It has the following features on/off switch and line indicator in the side of the machine, this machine requires very little space and foundation is not required, each machine is tested with dough before it leaves our factory. It is fitted with 3 pair of stainless steel squeeze roller. The machine is designed for small and medium sized bakeries. It meets the highest requirement as this machine is sophistically designed. Dough moulder machine can be used for all types of dough. The dough pieces after being divided by the dough divider machine and passing through dough rounder, it is flattened by the adjustable rollers, and then coiled up by a chain drag,pre-moulded by a spring loaded sunmica laminated pressure board. The pressure board is adjustable by hand levers. The roller gap is adjustable from 0 to 25 mm. The moulding loaf length is 350 to 400 mm for dough pieces of 400 to 800 gms. Built in blower with cold air prevents the piece from sticking.
The construction is simple, safe and open. All moving parts have ball bearings. Stainless steel rollers are fitted with individual spring loaded teflon scrapers, is easily accessible for cleaning. All touchable parts are nickel &. Chromeplated. A removable receiving s. Steel plate is installed to collect the loaf. The wide adjustments possibilities of the moulder gives the bread a definite improvement of texture. Heavy duty cotton belt and adjustable device ensures noiseless working. The dough weight range from 400, 600, 800 gms. Maximum length of moulded dough rolls 350 to 400 mm. Maintenance free. The machine has castor for transportation. The capacity of the machine is 1800 loaves per hour. Motor: 2 hpem 960 rpm 440 v/ac. The weight of the device is 750 kg [approx.]. The dimensions 120" length, 30" width, 66" height.
