Single Phase DC to DC Solid State Relay has the following features:

- RDS [on] has positive temperature co- efficient which aids in parallel power device and negative temperature co-efficient of trans conductance. So less susceptible for thermal run way.

- Turn On/off time more than 10 mili second than trasient thermal resistance is one.
