| Arempee industries, coimbatore, offerer of compressors supplies air compressors of multiple models with motor hp ranging from 0.5 hp to 40hp. Rmp air compressors have very high operating efficiency due to high precision method adopted in production. Single stage single cylinder compressors functions in small industries, motorcycle repairs and in spray painting. Features: belt driven type air compressor sand blasted casting components with leak free design cooling efficiency is enhanced due to closely finned cylinder and cylinder head, aided by fan and intercooler. The connecting rod and crankshaft are made out of forged alloy steel the unit has splash type lubrication and is equipped with oil level indicator air filter is of efficient design and silencer incorporated. special characteristics of the air compressor are as follows: piston: automotive type low expansion aluminium alloy cylinder: special cast iron, deep finned for quick heat dissipation valve plates: special stainless steel material for high resistance and high efficiency and are self floating. Inter/after cooler: deep finned aluminium alloy specially designed to keep the temperature low and to minimise the formation of carbon. Crankshaft: made of carbon steel dynamically balanced with roller bearings for connecting rod big end and deep grooved ball bearings for journals. High volume compressors are offered with needle roller bearings at the connecting rod small end. Diaphragm type pressure switch: for efficient on/off and an electric magnetic unloader for automatic venting and no load restarting of compressor units are provided.
