Arawali Industrial Lining provides Corrosion Resistant Pipes & Fittings. Arawali Industrial Lining is a manufacturer of process equipments, from various industrial plastics like FRP, FRB, FRV, PVC, PP, PVDF, etc and also manufacturing from combination of thermosetting and thermos plastics like PVC/FRP, PVD/FRP, and PP/FRP. This corrosion resistance fiberglass piping is mechanically very strong can take high pressure & vacuum.
The pipes are manufactured by the Filament winding technique wherein glass roving`s are impregnated with unsaturated polyester resin and wound in a definite angle to achieve circumferential and axial strengths.
It is used for special fluids the chemical resistance layer is built using polyester mats. The pipes have plain ends and are joined by butt and wrap method using the same resin system thus ensuring that the strength of the joint is equal to the strength of the parent material. These Pipes and fittings of sizes starting from 25 mm to 1000 mm are designed & manufactured withstand pressures of 6 bar, 10 bar and 16 bar.
