Dust Protected Junction Box has a crystalline structure which is stable over a period of time providing efficient performance for many years. The Box has high light absorbing band-gap. The Box has the feature that no ingress of dust will penetrate in any quantity to interfere with satisfactory operation of the apparatus or to impair safety and all hazardous substance is removed and the electrical/electronics components are protected from ultra violet rays. The Box has miter, non-screw type aluminium frame. The Box comes with the corner pieces of toothed al angles, and is sealed with sealing material. The Box has rugged joints which withstand tough weather conditions and last long. The Dust Protected Junction Box allows 1.2 µn; g/ square metre/ 24hr of water vapour to enter through a 0.4 mm thick sheet.
