Industrial Grade Welding Machine is designed to make the welding operations simple for the worker at any construction building site, in pipe trenches, or in workshop. The Machine has four quality grade aluminium casted main clamps supported by two hydraulic cylinders and hose pipes with quick couplings and heating plate comes with microprocessor based digital temperature controller for butt fusion welding of PE, PP, PPH and PVDF pipes and fittings. The Machine has digital pressure indication along with two separate pressure setting valves for drag and jointing which make use of machine very easily with single time setting for same size pipe and has built-in digital timers for soaking and bead-up with loud audible and visual signal. The Industrial Grade Welding Machine performs during mirroring process which provides automatic pressure drop from high to low and timer from bead up time to soaking time by buzzer signal with prefix time and pressure data in PLC.
