Industrial Grade Gypsum Granulation Plant has capacity ranging from 75 to 400 ton and can operate with various fuels such as furnace oil, HSD, gas. The Plant has the feature that the powder is mixed with the binder and hardener and transferred to the granulator. The Plant has the feature that in the granulation drum a nice spray of water is done on rolling material at its angle of repose and some coating of powder over the small nuclei/ particles takes place. The Plant has the feature that dried material is cooled in cooler drum by passing ambient air through it. The Industrial Grade Gypsum Granulation Plant ensures that cooled material is screened through under size and over size screens and has inner diameter fans are connected to dryer and cooler that sucks air from the drums so some dust also comes with it.
