Mica Paper Heater Plate is made using several layers of muscovite mica paper which is impregnated with epoxy binder and cured under pressure to form plates having optimum mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties. The Mica Paper Heater Plate works as insulation medium in induction, arc and ladle furnaces, circuit breakers, hydraulic and forging presses etc. The Mica Paper Heater Plate is available in a thickness range of minimum 0.5mm and above. Heater Plate is offered in a density ranging from 2.1 to 2.4 kg/cm³. Mica Paper Heater Plate can function continuously in a temperature range of 200 Degree C.
