Dunite Based Ramming Mass is a natural mineral consisting of forsterite as high as 90 % and above which makes the mineral a good refractory material. The Mass has high specific gravity and is resistant to slag and due to good bulk density and higher thermal conductivity comparatively less time is required for preheating thus saving precious fuel/ time. The Mass has long life. The Dunite Based Ramming Mass has temperature of 1700 ° C.
