Industrial Grade Soil/ Stabilization Plant has four bin system that is equipped with adjustable gates and the belt feeders can have either fixed or variable speed drives and the optional variable speed drive with proportional controls, offers good flexibility and accuracy of operation. The Plant has twin shaft pug mill design that provides fast, continuous and homogenous mixing of aggregates and the shafts are mounted on extra heavy duty anti friction bearings for smooth function and extended life. The Plant has wear resistant alloy steel made selection for paddle arm and tips ensures a long life and the liner plates are corrosion and abrasion resistant. The Plant consists water arrangement that has self-priming pump and spray bar with water flow meter for accurate metering. The Plant has weather protected cabin that houses the user-friendly controls that is designed for construction site condition and the control panel ensures sequential operation of the various drives and precise control and has an emergency stop in the form of a push button located close to the pug mill unit that affords additional safety. The Industrial Grade Soil/ Stabilization Plant has anti segregation hopper at discharge point that minimizes mix segregation and has fast opening that hydraulically operated gates and facilitate quick discharge of mix material into the truck without segregation.
