Sudhir offers flameproof / intrinsically safe telephone / intercoms. This intercom/telephone is available with ip-65 degree of protection especially for the dangerous areas, which comes under zone i & ii gas groups iia & iib to is : 2148/1981, is : 5780/1980 & is :2147/1962. The unit is suitable for 50v dc incoming supply trim p and t, epabx, sax exchange. To ensure required safety in hazardous areas, the unit is incorporated with internal loud ringing buzzer with a sound level of 95 db. Thus, it can be operated with same telephone line voltage of 50 vdc and no external supply is necessary. Another good feature of this telephone is that it gives an option of including lamp, external loud ringing gong bell or hooter or flasher unit operating on separate external supply voltage ac or dc. The unit is also provided with top m. S. Canopy for better asthetic look and rain protection. The material used for construction is cast aluminium alloy lm-6 construction. The unit is push button type with stainless steel keypads provided with safety silicon Sheet cover to give long life and trouble-free performance. The handset body is also aluminum alloy lm-6 construction. Specially made screened armored flexible cable is provided, which ensures smooth and troublefree connection of the cable. Along with the unit, other useful materials, like ss hardware, cable gland as a standard is provided. These can be used in chemical, petrochemical, fertilizers, refinery, oil & gas, paint industries, defence etc. Flameproof intercoms are also available. Equipments are certified by cmri - dhanbad, cce and with isi mark.
