Single Head Automatic Capping Machine has single motor that synchronizes conveyor, star wheel and platform turret. The Machine ensures output of 40 to 60 bottle/ minute and has a dimension of 1500 X 660 X 1300 mm. The Machine has various specifications such as bottle diameter ranging from 22 to 100 mm, bottle height ranging from 35 to 210 mm and cap diameter ranging from 22 to 53 mm. The Machine has adjustable height of conveyor belt and sealing pressure can be varied to suit different gauges and size of caps. The Machine consumes less power and has low noise level.
