Product Profile of Gel Bonded Cement Free Castable
Gel Bonded Cement Free Castable is used in areas where high abrasion, high thermal shocks and chemical attacks are expected. The Castable has good thermal shock resistance due to strong mullite formation at elevated temperatures. The Castable is available with excellent cohesive adhesive strength with all bricks, castables and steel. Gel Bonded Cement Free Castable is unaffected by rapid heat-up as it does not have to release any chemically combined water at elevated temperature as in LCC.
