Yellow Coloured Food Dye consists essentially of trisodium 5-hydroxy-1-[4-sulfonatophenyl] [4-sulfonatophenylazo]-H-pyrazole-3-carboxylate and subsidary colour matters. The Food Dye also contains sodium chloride and/or sodium sulfate as the principal uncoloured components. Yellow Coloured Food Dye is used in soft drinks and beverages, pickles, sauces and seasonings. Yellow Coloured Food Dye is also suitable for jams and jellies, baked goods, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
