Key Features of Corrosion Resistant Industrial Grade Vibratory Screen
- Body of vibratory screen is manufactured using 6 mm MS plates and branded welding rod. It is also supported by nut and bolts in order to reduce the chance of body getting cracked.
- Crank shaft is made using superior quality material and is designed to provide very sufficient vibration. This helps in reducing the maintenance and to get the higher out put.
- Bearing houses are manufactured using CI casting. These houses are specially designed for the protection of double roller bearing and for smooth operation. Our bearing housings are fitted on both side of body.
- Balance weights are made using MS plates and precisely designed for reducing the maintenance as well as increasing the vibration. These are fitted at the end of the both side of crank shaft.
- Stand/ Chassis very specially designed to give inclination to perforated sheets, which helps in increasing output. The stand is made using heavy duty C channel as per the size of the vibrating screen.
