Heavy Duty Industrial Grade Silent Generator Set/ Canopies is fabricated with 1.4 to 2.0mm CRCA sheet. The Silent Generator Set/ Canopies is provided with heavy duty MS channel base frame welded with suitable size CRCA sheet. The Silent Generator Set/ Canopies is provided with both sided locked doors for ease of maintenance. The Heavy Duty Industrial Grade Silent Generator Set/ Canopies is provided with specially designed residential silencers to maintain low noise/ smoke level.

- Insulation of enclosure and fix of mineral rook wool/ glass wool/ fire proof foam of 70-96 kg./mt3 density covered with perforated sheet.
- To see Panel without opening the door Transparent Polymer Sheet.
- Zink Plated hardware is used for assembling.
- For easy maintenance doors are provided on both sides with locks.
- Easy lifting/ transportation and assembling / dismantling at site.
- Each DG Set having Emergency stop button on outer surface.
- Keeping minimum temperature inside Adequate ventilation system.
- Sound level of DG Set will be 70-78 db [A] at 3-5 meter distance.
- Specially designed residential silencers to maintain low noise / smoke level.
- Anti vibration mountings fitted to minimize vibration.
