Ball Screw with Arch Grooves has two kinds of recirculation systems, one is external recirculation type, in which the balls are recirculated in the ball return tube set up on the nut and another design is called internal recirculation type, in which the balls make only one revolution of the screw shaft and the circuit is closed, by a ball return cap/ deflector in the nut allowing the balls to cross over adjacent ball tracks. The Ball Screw is offered with arch grooves and eliminates the stick slip tendency where a slow, smooth linear motion is required. The Ball Screw is offered in various types such as w type, o type and I type. The Ball Screw can eliminate back lash by preloading the two nuts, thus increasing in stiffness and are ground, assembled and inspected with efficient facilities at a temperature control. The Ball Screw with Arch Grooves has ball rolling in the hardened groves that reduce wear to minimum and thus increasing the life of the ball screw.
