Automatic Fire Sprinkler System is an active fire protection measure, consisting of a water supply system, providing adequate pressure and flow rate to a water distribution piping system, onto which fire sprinklers are connected. Automatic Fire Sprinkler System operates at a preset temperature, utilizing a fusible link, a portion of which melts, or a frangible glass bulb containing liquid, which breaks, allowing the plug in the orifice to be pushed out by the water pressure in the fire sprinkler piping that results in water flow from the orifice.
