Product Standard: Class 150 0f API: 600, BS: 1414, ASME: 16.34
Material: Carbon Steel to ASTMA 216 Gr WCB. Other grades of materials
Trim : Stainless Steel [Type 410, 304 or 316],13% Cr. Trim, valves shall have hardness differential of 50 BHN at seating portions subject to a minimum harness of 250 BHN. The seat faces can also be deposited with Co-Cr-A alloy [Stellite-6 or eqv.] in which case minimum 350 BHN hardness is maintained.
