Following are some of the constructional features of this straightening machine which include: the vertical type bar straightening machine is provided with maximum straightening speed running from 6 m to 30 m per minute; . It is ideal for precision straightening and rounding up of all types of thick walled tubes; . The rolled black bars are straightened from end to end, scale is removed, and surface finish greatly improved; . The centreless turned and drawn-bars are straightened and polished to a high degree in one pass. The machine is ffully automatic, comes with loading and unloading bar handling system, and suitable for hard materials including hss are the outstanding features of this straightening machine. To cover the ranges from 10 to 140 mm dia round bars/tubes,differentseveral models are available to cover the ranges from 10 to 140 mm dia round bars/tubes.
