| Sai suppliesmanufactures double-column fully automatic bi-metal band saw machines. These band saw machines are provided in capacities of 250, 300, 420, 530, 650, 800, and 1,000 mm dia. Following are some technical featureseatures include ac variable frequency drives for the blade speed of 20 to 100 m/min for vibration-free machine operation; machine height adjustment is automatic; automatic feed regulator for different material/ cross section; blade tensioning device is automatic by hydraulic cylinder; a heavy duty hydraulic clamping device is provided with a pressure regulator, for long life and accurate cutting, carbide guides are provided for long life and accurate cutting; there is a safety cut off device in case of saw blade breakage or any slippage. Following are some hardware features which include:the machine is of robust design with a heavy duty gearbox. To the present height of full height automatic lifting of blade is provided after cut to the present height of full height. The machine can give accurate cut length with square cut faces. Continuous saw blade clearing device is incorporated including angular setting of vice for oblique cutting. Centralised control panel is provided with digital speed setting of blade with easy operation.
