The Cot Grinding Machine have a full width of grinding wheel of 200mm with positive drive of centreless grinding attachment suitable for grinding the top roller of spinning frame & roving frame with digital timer indicating the total number of production of grinding time.
Salient features of Cot Grinding Machine are:
Loading/unloading time with easy change over of single emery [25mm] unit for grinding the top roller of draw frame, comber etc. Between two centre on the hydraulic table movement.
The Machine Is Equipped With Electric Motor I.E: 0.50HP for Work Head, 2.00HP for Wheel Head, 1.00HP For Duct Extraction Unit, 1.00HP for Hydraulic Power Pack
The machine is having electric panel & hydraulic control on the front of the machine. The wheel head unit as well as centreless attachment is working on hydraulic system.
The machine gives good finishing & accuracy to the tune of 0.01mm eccentricity & taper improving yarn quality.
Control accuracy with international standard RA value of Um 0.3 to 0.5um
