Salient features of the Centrifugal Processing Machine:
Water is drained out by centrifugal force.
Heavy duty taper and roller bearings of capable of withstanding heavy loads are used in the machine.
The main bed is made of cast iron.
The perforated basket is made of stainless steel in standard sizes and in different gauges according to size of the machine
The whole unit is supported on three C.I suspension columns which are heavy to avoid vibrations.
The revolving cage is driven by electric motor fixed on a support on the side of cast iron base.
The brake is controlled by hand lever with ferodo Lined Liner.
Lubrication is dealt with by grease gun, through the main shaft provided with a small bolt on brass nut to reach the bearing housing.
The machine is supplied with solid aluminium safety cover interlocked with it.
