Cartoners with Quick Tool-Less Changeover fall under the Merlin Series. They are horizontal continuous motion cartoners for medium and high speeds from 120 to 300 cpm. The flagship model Merlin 300XC is a cartoner. The carriers in the chain hold the carton squarely till product loading and carton closing is completed. There are 4 models in this series, each fitted with one to three rotary arms, depending on the model speed.
