Four p international pvt ltd manufactures various types of pulses. Dow corning 200 fluids is a part of those products. It is a fluid of silicon oil. Dow corning 200 fluids is used alone or as part of a compounded formula, and used as foam preventative, mechanical fluid, surface-active material, lubricant, cosmetics and skin preparations, polishes and chemical specialties, electrical / electronic equipment, plastic additive. Salient features are as follows:
1. water-clear silicone fluid available in viscosities ranging from 0.65 to 60,000 cst [mm²/s].
2. little change in physical properties over a wide temperature span - a relatively flat viscosity-temperature slope, and service ability from 40 °c up to 200°c.
3. excellent water repellency.
4. good dialectic properties over a wide range of temperatures and frequencies.
5. low surface tension - readily wets clean surfaces to impart water repellency and release characteristics.
6. viscosities above 10 mm square per second also exhibit heat stability, oxidation resistance, very low vapor pressures, and high flash point.
7. low order of toxicity.
8. essentially odorless.
9. soluble in a wide range of solvents.
10. non-greasy and non-acidifying.
