An iso 9001:2000 quality management program is under way and should get certified by june 2007.
It is fully qualified and experienced with graphite hot zone insulation & heater design, manufacture and assembly - understanding the unique strengths of this insulation and heater system. Dynatech has pioneered the "fit & forget" graphite hot zone design that has stood the reliability with time.
This heat-treating vacuum furnace designs for use up to 1,350 c [2,450 f].
Heat treating vacuum furnace vessels are designed and manufactured as per asme sec viii div 1 u code stamped.

All dynatech vacuum furnaces are provided with pc based scada control system and or with touch screen control system with remote access and trouble shoot facility.
