Being a part of that heat treatment - walking beam furnaces are generally used for coiled springs & stab bars heat treatment requirement. Key -features of this furnace are as follows:
Continuous automatic operating bar heating furnace & tempering furnace for coiled spring & formed stab bars
Fuel fired system - lpg gas fired and oil fired as desired
Profiling temperature survey facility along furnace length
Anti rusting facility [in line] post tempering facility
Maintenance free walking & fixed beam arrangement

Guaranteed quench temperature drop with maintenance of quenching temperature
Polymer or oil quench options
Auto roller charging arrangement for bars prior to heating
Auto water cooled roller arrangement for discharge of bars for coiling/ forming prior to quenching
Multiple zone heating furnace based on profile of temperature desired for bars
Tempering furnaces of slat conveyor [for coiled springs] or mesh belt design for coiled springs and stab bars or hanger system [for stab bars]
High recirculation blower design through combustion chambers or direct fan for tempering furnaces
Very low fuel consumption with lpg or oil
