• Add to Inquiry Basket | C.P. Exports an iso 9001:2000 certified company designs, develops, manufactures & exports hand deburring tools. These blades have a wide range serving diverse functions:
P-1 is a universal blade for light duty & small components deburring of steel, aluminium, copper, zinc, plastics, etc.
P-2 used for small components of c.I. & brass
P-3 used for both sides of sheet metal holes upto 6 mm thickness.
C-10 is a universal blade & is used for materials having spiral chips such as steel, aluminium, copper, zinc, plastics, etc.
C-20 is used for materials having brittle burr such as c.I. & brass.
C-30 is used for simultaneous deburring of inner & outer edges of sheet metal holes up to 10 mm thickness.
C-15 is used for stainless steel & hard plastic.
C-101 is used for small holes from 1.5 mm in steel & aluminium.
Coated blades have titanium nitride [tin] coating on p1, p2, c10 & c20 blades for hard metal & longer life application.
R-10 is a universal blade for extra heavy duty deburring application on materials having spiral chips such as steel, aluminium, copper, zinc, etc.
R-15 is sued for stainless steel application
Kw-9 is a key-way / slot deburring blade used for a width of 0-9 mm
Kw-16 is a key-way / slot deburring blade used for a width 0-16 mm
S-12 has a cutting edge along full circle and on 2 sides for long life.
V-4 has 4 number `v` shaped blades
Scr-8 blade is a triangular 8 mm a/f scrapper
