The Furnace oil pumping and preheating stations are used for proper combustion inside the boiler furnace. These are a skid mounted equipment to cater the above needs. The system consists of an oil preheating vessel which works either on electrical heaters or steam, high pressure gear pumps, a duplex filter with necessary interconnecting piping. Furnace oil pumping and preheating stations system are equipped with necessary safeties like pressure switches, pressure relief valve, steam traps, high temperature tripping mechanism. The system can deliver the furnace oil at a temperature of 115 degree Celsius at a rated pressure.
