Thermic fluid stack heat recovery system is a useful device which lessens the loss of high stack temperature and produces hot water at zero cost which can be used as boiler feed water or in laundries and canteen. Key features are:
Gases produced out of the combustion inside the thermic fluid heater are further exhausted to chimney which are hot and carry enough waste heat.
The waste heat of these gases can be recovered to a temperature limiting to sulphur condensation point.
Hot water of 85° c can be produce out of a specially designed heat exchanger placed between the boiler & chimney.
This system is applicable for waste heat of incinerators, hot air generators.
