Ravi industries is famous for manufacturing and supplying a diverse range of energy savings equipments. Being a part of that boiler stack heat recovery system is a distinctive device which reduces loss of high stack temperature and increases boiler feed water temperature results in reducing fuel consumption. The system comes with some standard features:
Gases produced out of the combustion inside the boiler are further taken out through the chimney and gases are hot and carry enough waste heat. The waste heat of these gases can be recovered to a temperature limiting to sulphur condensation point.
Boiler feed water / boiler condensate can be circulated through a specially designed heat exchanger placed between the boiler & chimney.
This system consists of a heat exchanger, condensate tank; inter connecting piping, circulation pumps and safety devices.
The system can also be used in series with boiler blow down heat recovery system. Again it is useful for waste heat of incinerators, hot air generators.
