The system consists of an oil preheating vessel which works either on electrical heaters or steam, high pressure gear pumps, a duplex filter with necessary interconnecting piping.
The system is having necessary safeties like pressure switches, pressure relief valve, steam traps, high temperature tripping mechanism.
The system can distribute the furnace oil at a temperature of 115°c at a rated pressure.
