• Add to Inquiry Basket | Since 1996, ravi industries is the foremost manufacturer and supplier of process equipments, energy saving equipments and boiler peripherals. As a part of process equipments, lp-hp-cooling tower dosing system or common skid mounted unit is an exclusive device which is used for petrochemical, power, fertilizer and other processing industries. In this system the feed water must be used with chemical so that there is no scaling inside the boiler. Dosing is the procedure of adding concentrated chemicals in the boiler feed water. The apparatus applied for dosing consists of a preparatory vessel, agitator, metering pumps, interconnecting piping, all mounted on a common skid. The equipment is used in boiler house, effluent treatment plants, and water treatment plants or in a process where controlled volume feeding of liquid is required. Pumps used in this machine are plunger, diaphragm and variable speed gear type. |
