The veneers used in the core & panel have no overlaps, splits or gaps & uses a 1mm thick face veneer.
Glp technology used which protects the ply from erosion.
The core and panel veneers are 1.8mm thick ensuring total permeability of the resin along with the preservative in every layer.
The product is pre-pressed to give a homogeneous spread of moisture making the product warp free.
The ply has a density of 825kg/m3 combined with additional lines of thermosetting phenol formaldehyde resin, results in a product that has enhanced physical & mechanical properties.
