The common impression cylinder for all colour units has a cylindrical accuracy of +0,005mm. The special heating and water cooling system holds the temperature constant to with +0.5°C. These are the conditions for uniform, register accurate printing specially designed for process colour printing on thin packaging films.

Double wall central impression cylinder with automatic water temperature control.
Direct gearing.
Revers angle doctor blades can be assembled on al six decks.
Fast in-out deck movement by means of a praumatically operated tool.
Non-stop unwinder for two 600mma. Diameter reels.
Flying splice rewinder for two 600 mms. Diameter reels.
Web guide before printing.
Unwind breaking system by magnetic powder brakes.
Rewinder toreseen with 2 D.C. Motors, with electronic control.
Automatic tension control by means of bellophram controlled dancer arm.
Cooling and draw cylinder, driven by main transmission shaft, through micrometric limited range variator for line control.
