This is a skid-mounted plant and supplies with day tanks, storage tanks, flow control and proportioning arrangement. The plant is also equipped with ageing, dilution, heat removal and mixing unit and separation sections for stratification of the product and by product spent acid. The skid and plant ensures quick at shop assembly, disassembly and at site reassembly. The machines come with following salient features:
