photosensitive dry film [photec] is a hitachi trademark and has excellent sensitivity, resolution, coverage and film strength. It produces accurate images after ultraviolet radiation and development. Developer and stripper are both mild alkali solutions, thus freeing the entire process from any irritating or harmful organic solvents. This film is ideal for production of printed circuit boards [tenting, etching resist and plating resist] and displays. It reduces cost, which is an advantage.
