| Sathyam steel roof structures manufactures profiled color coated roofing and cladding sheets and steel ribs with necessary accessories. Cold-formed purlins are among the range of products available from the company. Purlins are cold-formed sections of thickness 1.6, 2.00 and 2.5 mm made of z and c shaped high grade steel conforming to astm a607 grade 50 with factory painted 35 microns of red-oxide primer with standard punching. Application: roofing and wall cladding. Fasteners: while selecting fasteners, the design life of the structure should be kept in mind, because the fasteners and the cladding material should have similar life expectancy. It is always recommended to use screws conforming to as 3566 standards of class 3 zinc/tin alloy coating-minimum 25 microns.
