National Engineering Works manufactures a wide range of Roller Drive Chains up to 2.5 " Pitch and Conveyor Attachment Chains available from ¾" Pitch to 20" Pitch, having breaking load up to 100 Tonnes and manufactured out of Carbon Steel , Stainless Steel , Malleable Cast Iron & Forged Steel . These Conveyor Roller Chains are available in outboard roller , flange roller , double roller , Extended Pin type duly fitted with different type of integral and welded attachments [ K1 , K2 , F1 , F2 , M1 , M2 , G1 , G2 , SA1 , SA2 etc. ] at certain calculated distance as per customers` specification . This is constructed with special pin links which have hollow pin assembled in the pin plate; this unique design allows easy insertion of cross rods or attachments to preassembled chain at desired spacing. These Conveyor Chains having maximum work load capacity , maintenance free durability , greater fatigue and tensile strength , dimensional accuracy and precision , can be modified to configure different individual applications like Slat Conveyor Chains for unitized loads for heavy and light duty application, Apron Conveyor Chains for heavy, lumpy, hot & abrasive material, Flight Conveyor Chains for hot sticky & different material in single and double strand version, Drag Conveyor Chains for dragging the material along the path of transmission, Free Flow Conveyor Chains for accumulating and conveying products etc. The Stainless Steel Drive Chains or Nickel & Zinc plated Conveyor Chains can be produced to withstand and resist wear in corrosive application environment.
