• Add to Inquiry Basket | Fluidaire fluid bed dryer is a unique innovation of the tablet section of anchor mark pharmaceutical and chemical machinery available in ranges of model fbd60, fbd120, fbd200 and fbd250. The fluid bed dryer comes with an operation based on the principle of generating fluid turbulence in a granulated or powdery product by upward flow of hot or dehumidified air to dry the product. The machine provides the advantage of drying a wet product to the desired degree. The fluidaire fluid bed dryer is available with salient features like short drying time; uniform drying capacity; rapid exchange of granules; low drying temperature; heated by electric or steam; automatic and simple operation; compact design; and ss 304, ss 316 or 316l quality contact parts as per customers requirements. Some of the technical specifications of these fluidaire fluid beds dryer include fbd 60 with 60 kgs working capacity, 195 ltrs container volume, 60-75 kgs batch production capacity, 50°-80° c temperature drying capacity, 10 hp motor, and 36 kw heating load; fbd 120 with 120 kgs working capacity, 425 ltrs container volume, 120-140 kgs batch production capacity, 50°-80° c temperature drying capacity, 15 hp motor, and 60 kw heating load; fbd 200 with 200 kgs working capacity, 680 ltrs container volume, 200-225 kgs batch production capacity, 50°-80° c temperature drying capacity, 20 hp motor, and steam heating; and fbd 250 with 250 kgs working capacity, 730 ltrs container volume, 250-280 kgs batch production capacity, 50°-80° c temperature drying capacity, 25 hp motor and steam heating. These three models of fluidaire fluid bed dryers are also featured with some characteristics in common like 415 volts, 3 phase 50 hz power supply and mirror polished inside comply with aisi no.4 standards and outside in uniform satin finish.
