The automatic vertical loader pcl v-28 is useful with output of filling 300-hole plate in 28 seconds and 2 or 3 manual capsule filling machine trays depending on the capsule quality and operator skill. Whereas the vertical horizontal loader pcl h-14 is available with output of filling 300-hole plate in 14 seconds and this horizontal loader are useful for filling 4 of 5 manual capsule filling machine trays depending on the capsule quality and operator skill. These automatic capsule inserters/loaders are ideal for use in small or medium scale pharmaceutical units and provide a significant difference in production department. These automatic capsule inserters/ loaders come in a unique and extremely functional design and have a simple and labour-saving operation. The company supplies these capsule inserters/loaders incorporated with characteristics like compact construction; occupies less space and can be easily moveable. These machines provide higher production at minimal cost with better quality standards or accuracy than the earlier semi-automatic machines.
