• Add to Inquiry Basket | Anchor mark pharmaceutical and chemical machinery provides fully automatic capsule filling machines in two ranges such as pharmafill a-40 and pharmafill a-90. The automatic pharmafill a-40 capsule filling machines offer output range of per hour 40,000 capsules for powders and 30,000 capsules per hour for pellets. Whereas the pharmafill a-90 capsule filling machines provide an output of 90,000 capsules per hour for powders and 70,000 capsules per hour for pellets. These automatic capsule-filling machines come incorporated with `tamping mechanism` to enable of powder filling of the capsules with ±2% weight variation; variable ac frequency drive for main motor for speed adjustment; special gauges for quick and easy change-over; and programmable logic control [plc] system in the control panel enabling visual display of the operating parameters. Some of the salient features of these fully automatic capsule-filling machines include compact and sturdy construction with stainless steel panels and hood covered with acrylic guard; fill weight adjustment within seconds; simple operation; easy maintenance; faulty capsule and filled capsule ejection stations with individual air controls; appropriate sensors allow continuous powder and empty capsule flow ensuring uninterrupted operation; accurate and reliable; lowered operator fatigue; minimized spillage of powder ensured by adjustable gap between ` dosing disk ` and ` tamping plate `. The other products offered by the company include unfilled capsule sorter; filled capsule elevator; filled capsule rotary sorter; and filled capsule polishing machine.
